As Vice President of Workforce & Strategic Initiatives, Claudia champions innovations that bring growth opportunities to Indiana’s advanced manufacturing and logistics industries and leads the implementation of industry-driven talent development programs. Prior to joining Conexus Indiana, she held positions in governmental agencies, including Deputy Commissioner at the Indiana Department of Administration, Media Relations Assistant for the mayor of Indianapolis, and Press Secretary and Community Relations Adviser to the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana.
Claudia earned her bachelor’s degree from Franklin and Marshall College in Pennsylvania and her master’s of public affairs degree from the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA). She also completed the Dartmouth College, Tuck School of Business Executive Education Program. In the community, Claudia chairs the Goodwill Education Initiatives Board of Directors, and serves on the State Workforce Innovation Council and SPEA’s Distinguished Alumni Council.
