Conexus Indiana names five to board of directors  

INDIANAPOLIS (June 27, 2024) – Conexus Indiana, a statewide organization dedicated to strengthening Indiana’s advanced manufacturing and logistics industries, announced today three new members to its Board of Directors.

Andrew Ball, co-CEO of Henriott Group, Darryl Floyd, president of Wood-Mizer and Joe Guerre, senior vice president of HNTB, have joined the 23-member Conexus Indiana Board of Directors. Additionally, David Cappelleri, assistant vice president of Research Innovation for Purdue University has been named to replace outgoing board member Bryan Boudouris and Kevin Trivett, senior vice president of Device Manufacturing and Packaging Operations for Eli Lilly and Company has been named to replace outgoing board member Darin Moody.

After more than 20 years as CEO of a global automotive manufacturer, Andrew Ball joined West-Lafayette-based Henriott Group in 2019. Today, Ball uses his extensive knowledge of global manufacturing, global supply chains and international trade in his role as Henriott Group’s co-CEO. Ball has served in several industry and talent development organizations including a former role on the Governor’s Region 4 Workforce Board and currently as co-chair of the Conexus Indiana Advanced Industries Council.

Darryl Floyd joined Wood-Mizer more than 30 years ago, working in IT and later in leadership roles in marketing and sales. In 2019, after several years as COO, Floyd began his current role as president of Wood-Mizer, overseeing operations for the Americas. Floyd is an advocate for Wood-Mizer’s employee-owned culture and a devotee to community development, having coordinated Wood-Mizer’s recent investment in Batesville Community School Corporation’s new manufacturing innovation lab for students and community partners.

Joe Guerre, senior vice president at national infrastructure and transportation firm HNTB leads the firm’s planning practice in Indiana. In this role, Guerre focuses on strategic planning for Indiana covering a broad range of topics including funding, tolling, emerging technologies and long-range planning. A nationally recognized industry expert, Guerre has assisted 35 state departments of transportation on a wide range of infrastructure-related projects. He previously served on the Transportation Research Board’s Asset Management Committee and Management and Productivity Committee.
