Industry Talent Association

Indiana AML companies face a common challenge: finding, training and retaining skilled talent. The Industry Talent Association (ITA) was built so employers don’t have to solve the challenge alone.

Advanced manufacturing and logistics leaders worked together to establish Indiana’s first statewide structure for defining occupational standards in advanced manufacturing and logistics.
